We want to make it as easy as possible to sell on your old PC or laptop. Typically for us to give the best possible price, we would need to keep the device for 24 hours and run some tests to check the functions of the device, really putting it through its paces.
This helps us to offer a price that’s fair to us and fair to the customer. You’re welcome to call or email us with a brief description of the device, we may be able to inform you that it’s not something we can sell or we may encourage you to drop it in to our store.
will my data be safe?

If we do buy your laptop or PC from you , then we always ensure all your data is wiped from your hard drive or SSD.
If we replace the storage in the machine, we destroy the old hard drive or SSD, rendering the data unreadable.
We do not share data with any third parties whatsoever. We know your information is private and it should stay that way.
definite purchase?
Not all laptops or PCs are something we can easily sell in our shop, so please don’t be offended if we aren’t able to purchase your device. We will contact you to let you know your device needs collecting from our store.
Please contact us to see if it’s something we may be interested in taking a look at. Alternatively you can drop it in to our store. It could be a great way to grab yourself some cash towards a new laptop or maybe even put it towards a nice holiday?
Please note: If the device is not collected within 60 days from being informed, we will resell or recycle the device so as to reclaim back valuable space in our busy workshop.
